How do you charge for domestic cleaning?
Brook's Cleaning typically works on a per-visit rate based on the size of your home and the scope of work. The first clean is usually offered as a paid trial so we can assess exactly how long your property takes — this means your ongoing quote will be accurate, with no surprises.
Do you clean in Coorparoo and surrounding suburbs?
Yes — we're based in Coorparoo and regularly clean in Camp Hill, Holland Park, Norman Park, East Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Paddington, Morningside, Hawthorne, Cannon Hill and more. Contact us to confirm your suburb is within our service area.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Most households opt for a fortnightly clean, which keeps the home consistently tidy without requiring a deep clean each visit. Weekly cleaning suits busy families or households with pets. Monthly is suitable for lower-traffic homes or as a top-up alongside your own regular tidying.
What does the domestic clean include?
A standard domestic clean covers dusting all surfaces, thorough bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning including countertops and appliances, vacuuming and mopping all floors, emptying bins, and addressing wall marks and scuffs. We tailor the scope to your home — just let us know if there are specific areas you'd like focused attention on.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — many of our long-term clients provide key access and aren't home during cleaning. We've built strong trust with our customers over years of service, and many leave us to clean independently. We're happy to discuss whatever access arrangement suits you best.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can you accommodate homes with kids and pets?
Absolutely — several of our regular clients have young children and pets. We're experienced cleaning in active households and are happy to use products and techniques suited to your family's needs. Just mention it when you get in touch.
