These terms of use govern your use of the Breathe Easy Crew website and the booking of our cleaning services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Breathe Easy Crew provides carpet, upholstery, air conditioner, rug, tile and commercial cleaning services across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Domestic carpet cleaning is subject to a minimum call out of $130 (covering up to two standard rooms; an average room is classed as 12sqm). All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise, and commercial work is quoted following a site inspection.
We accept Square contactless payments and most major credit cards; a 1.9% processing fee applies to card payments. Any job cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice requires a 50% deposit in order to re-book.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our cleaning services. If you’re not happy with any aspect of the clean, let us know at the final inspection and we’ll make it right.
