We're based in Manly West, Brisbane and provide carpet, upholstery and air conditioner cleaning across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Our minimum call out is $130 and includes up to two standard rooms (an average room is around 12sqm, or 4m x 3m). Prices are for domestic services and exclude GST. Carpeted hallways and larger rooms are priced when we arrive.
Will my carpets be dry the same day?
Yes. We use powerful hot water extraction equipment and groom the carpet pile to promote faster drying, so your carpets are usually dry the same day.
Are your cleaning products safe and eco-friendly?
All of our products are eco-friendly, biodegradable and compliant with Australian Standard AS3773 — safe for your family, your pets and your health.
Are you insured and police cleared?
Yes. Breathe Easy Crew is professionally trained and certified, Police Cleared, and holds $10 million in public liability insurance.
How do I prepare for my cleaning service?
Please vacuum the carpet thoroughly beforehand, remove breakable items and smaller furniture (such as dining chairs and pot plants) from the areas to be cleaned, and pin long curtains up off the floor. We clean around larger items like beds and wardrobes — we don't move them.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any job cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice requires a 50% deposit to re-book.
How can I pay?
We accept Square contactless payments and most major credit cards. A 1.9% card processing fee applies to card payments.
