Membership payments

Payments are listed as automatic weekly direct debit instalments. The source terms note two weeks notice for cancellation unless cancelling for medical reasons with supporting evidence.

Class bookings

Classes may be booked up to two weeks in advance so members have an equal chance to secure spots.

Cancellation policy

BodyTone asks members to cancel proactively. The source terms list at least 9 hours notice for cancellations.

Off peak membership

Off peak access is listed for the Wynnum studio, Monday to Friday from 10.05am to 3.50pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10.05am to 3.40pm.
