ATfitnessPT FAQ
How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

ATfitnessPT is mobile. You do not have to go to a gym. Sessions can happen at home or at a local park and include fitness goal analysis, posture assessment, body composition measurement and exercise programming.

What do I do if I am sick?

Let ATfitnessPT know in advance if you have fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, diarrhoea, vomiting or nausea. The PT session can be put on hold until you are better.

What do I need for the session?

Bring shoes you can comfortably exercise in, a towel, a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen if the session is outdoors, and your passion to be healthy.

Can I train at home while looking after children?

Yes. The source site explains that home training can work in small spaces such as a garage, living room or back yard, so parents can keep an eye on children while staying active.

Do you work with senior clients?

Yes. ATfitnessPT lists senior training as a service and creates personalised exercise programs so older clients can be active at their own pace.

Which areas do you service?

The source site lists The Gap, Upper Kedron, Arana Hill, Keperra, Ferny Grove, Ferny Hills and Samford. If you are nearby, use the contact form and ATfitnessPT can discuss options.
