All quotes provided by 7 Star Cleaning are estimates based on the information you give us about the job. Final pricing may vary if conditions on site differ from what was described. We will always talk to you before carrying out any work that falls outside the agreed quote.
A minimum order policy of $129 applies to all bookings. Our standard carpet cleaning packages start from $129 for 3 rooms, $149 for 4 rooms and $169 for 5 rooms. Additional services may be quoted separately.
When you make a booking, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. You do not need to be home, provided you arrange for someone to open the door or leave a key for us beforehand.
We aim to always be punctual. If anything affects our timing, we will do our best to contact you in advance.
We take pride in our work and use commercial-grade equipment and quality products. Most carpets take around 2–3 hours to dry, depending on weather, airflow and how heavily soiled the carpet is. While we treat every stain with professional care, we cannot guarantee that every single stain will be removed.
If you are not happy with our service, we offer a money-back guarantee. To make a claim, please contact us promptly so we can understand the situation and make it right. The guarantee applies to the cleaning service performed and is subject to reasonable assessment of the work.
7 Star Cleaning will take all reasonable care while working in your home. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear, or for outcomes affected by the age or condition of the surfaces being cleaned.
