01What does carpet cleaning cost per room?+
We charge a minimum of $129 per call-out. Our basic carpet cleaning packages start from $129 for 3 rooms, $149 for 4 rooms and $169 for 5 rooms. Our delux package includes a thorough vacuum beforehand. Get in touch for a free quote tailored to your home.
02What equipment and products do you use?+
All of the equipment we use is commercial-grade and among the best on the market. We pair it with environmentally friendly products that we’ve found reliable and effective over many years of cleaning across the Gold Coast.
03How long do carpets take to dry?+
Most carpets take around 2–3 hours to dry. Drying time can vary with the weather, airflow and how heavily soiled the carpet is. We treat every stain with professional care, though we can’t guarantee that every single stain will lift completely.
04How do I book a cleaning service?+

05Is there a minimum order amount?+
Yes. When making a booking we have a minimum order policy of $129.
06Do I have to be home during the clean?+
No, you don’t have to be home. You can arrange for someone to open the door, or leave a key for us beforehand — as long as access is organised. We aim to always be punctual and will let you know if anything affects our timing.
