How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
With truck-mounted hot-water extraction most carpets are touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within around 4-6 hours, depending on airflow, humidity and carpet thickness. Opening windows and running fans speeds things up.
Will my stains come out?
Most stains lift completely with professional steam extraction, and we treat each one with the right pre-spray before cleaning. Some very old or set-in stains can be permanent, but we'll always tell you honestly what we can achieve before we start.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
For most homes a professional steam clean every 6-12 months keeps carpets fresh and hygienic. Households with kids, pets or high foot traffic benefit from cleaning every 6 months.
