These terms apply to cleaning and related services provided by Tidy Studio (ABN 99 188 060 286), serving the Atherton Tablelands, Queensland. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
Appointments are scheduled by agreement between Tidy Studio and the client. We'll confirm the service, timing and details with you before your booking is locked in.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking or invoicing, and payment is required within the agreed timeframe.
All cleaning products and equipment are supplied as standard, unless you'd prefer we use your own — just let us know when you book.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of service. You don't need to be home, as long as we can access the property.
If you're not satisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss and address your concerns.
To the extent permitted by law, Tidy Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Tidy Studio is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are fragile or improperly secured. Please secure or point out any delicate items before your clean.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
