Service terms and booking conditions for Sunday Clean regular and spring cleaning services.
Services provided
Sunday Clean connects clients with professional cleaners for premium residential cleaning, including regular cleans and spring cleans.
Client responsibilities
Clients should provide accurate home and cleaning details, safe access, secure valuables and notify Sunday Clean promptly of concerns.
Payment terms
The source terms state bookings are secured directly with the nominated cleaner and payments are made to the cleaner after invoice.
Cancellation policy
Regular clean changes require at least 48 hours notice; spring clean changes require at least 72 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Service limitations
Cleaners are not responsible for moving heavy furniture, unsafe areas, biohazards, mould remediation or hazardous materials.
