Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, always free. We'll come out, take a look at what needs doing, and give you a clear price upfront. No obligation.
Are you insured?
100%. We're fully licensed and carry public liability insurance on every job. Our team is IICRC qualified and trained in best-practice cleaning methods.
What areas do you service?

Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Plenty of customers leave us a key or arrange access. We treat every property with the same care whether you're home or not.
The Cleaning Process
What cleaning method do you use?
We use hot water extraction (steam cleaning) with truck-mounted equipment. This is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers and by the IICRC — it penetrates deep into the pile to remove allergens, bacteria and embedded soil that surface methods can't reach.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most carpet jobs take 1 to 3 hours depending on the size and condition. We'll give you a clear time estimate when we quote. Commercial jobs may take longer.
How soon can carpets be walked on after cleaning?
Most carpets are dry enough to walk on in 2–4 hours. Full drying typically takes 4–8 hours depending on humidity and carpet type. We recommend good ventilation — open windows and run the air-con if you have it.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Yes, in most cases. Our hot water extraction process removes the organic matter that causes odour. For severe or old stains we use specialist enzyme treatments. We'll be upfront with you about what's achievable — we won't promise results we can't deliver.

Can you clean carpets, upholstery and mattresses in one visit?
Yes, we do the lot. Carpets, lounges, mattresses, leather, tile and grout, and commercial spaces. One call covers everything — combining services in a single visit saves time and often costs less than separate bookings.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We're often able to fit you in the same week, sometimes sooner. Call 0489 263 004 or send a message and we'll find a time that works for you.
Do you work for real estate agents and property managers?
Absolutely. We regularly work with Raine & Horne, Ray White, Harcourts, Coronis and RealWay Property Consultants for end-of-lease cleans and rental property maintenance. We know the standard required and can provide receipts and reports for your bond claim.
