Surface vacuuming removes loose debris, but over time dirt, dust mites, allergens and bacteria embed deep in carpet fibres. Singh uses industrial hot-water extraction — often called steam cleaning — to flush and remove contaminants from the base of the pile, not just the surface.
Every job is treated individually: Singh assesses the carpet type, fibre, condition and any specific stains before applying the right pre-treatment. Delicate fibres get lower temperatures and pressure. Heavily soiled areas receive enzyme pre-sprays to break down organic matter before extraction.
