What areas do you service?

What types of cleaning do you offer?

Scrub Care offers three core services: bond and end-of-lease cleaning, residential house cleaning (regular or one-off), and detailed deep cleaning. Each is tailored to the property and the client's specific needs.

Do you clean commercial properties?

Scrub Care primarily focuses on residential properties. If you have a small commercial space or office that needs cleaning, get in touch and we can discuss whether it's a good fit.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I get a quote?

Call Rawinia directly on 0498 471 824 or use the contact form on our website. Have your property details handy (bedrooms, bathrooms, service type) and we'll get back to you promptly with pricing.

How far in advance should I book?

For regular house cleaning, a few days' notice is usually fine. For bond cleans, we recommend booking at least one week before your move-out date to secure your preferred time slot. Bond clean availability can fill up quickly, especially around end of month.

Are you available on weekends?

We operate Monday to Saturday and can accommodate weekend bookings based on availability. Contact us to check our current schedule.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We understand that circumstances change — just call or message Rawinia directly and we'll work something out.

On the Day

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes — Scrub Care brings all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific preferences (fragrance-free, eco products, or a brand you prefer), just let us know when booking.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not necessarily. Many clients leave a key or arrange access before they head to work. We respect your home and your privacy, and everything is locked up securely when we leave.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment terms are discussed at booking. For bond cleans, payment is typically required on the day of service.
