Their customer service is outstanding, managing to get air con installed the week before Christmas to ensure our nursery is cool for our 7 month old. They came in and cleaned up some seriously sketchy work from the previous owner at my new place — made it safe, clean, and up to spec. No cutting corners, just solid craftsmanship. They didn’t stop at repairs — they added value across the board. New fans, upgraded lighting, outdoor outlets… all done clean, tight, and pro. Every wire, every switch — detailed, thought-out, and done right. The communication? On point. The site? Left spotless. These guys take pride in their work, and it shows. Huge shoutout to Macey — their apprentice is well-spoken, efficient, and already showing serious talent. She’s gonna be one to watch. Their Admin/Scheduling team member Macey was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision about our ceiling fans - she gave us different budget options to choose from to ensure they met our needs and financial requirements. Kayla who did our install was prompt, polite and lovely to work with! The fans and new power points were done neatly and all mess was cleaned up at the end. Great experience & will be using them in the future.

- Agile Federation: Excellent and efficient. I had a major power outage after the recent rains. I called around trying to find someone available who might be able to help. Stu came out at 5:30pm to access the situation. He arranged a time early the next week to dig up the lawn and replace some cabling. He and his crew showed up before 7am, and worked bloody hard all day to finish the job. They cleaned up before they left.
