The terms that apply when you engage SafePower Solutions for electrical work.
Last updated: 3 February 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by SafePower Solutions ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client", "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
SafePower Solutions provides electrical services including, but not limited to, electrical safety inspections, electrical isolation and reinstatement, and residential and small-scale commercial electrical work. All services are provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
The scope of work will be agreed upon prior to commencement, either verbally or in writing. Electrical safety inspections are limited to a visual and functional inspection of accessible electrical components at the time of inspection. We do not inspect concealed wiring or components that are not reasonably accessible.
The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, ensure relevant areas are accessible at the time of service, and disclose any known electrical issues, hazards or previous works that may affect safety. SafePower Solutions reserves the right to suspend or refuse work if site conditions are unsafe.
Where electrical isolation is required, power will be isolated and reinstated in a controlled manner for safety purposes. The client acknowledges that temporary loss of power may occur. SafePower Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing faults once power is restored.
Inspection reports and recommendations are provided based on observations at the time of service. Reports do not guarantee the future condition or performance of the electrical installation, recommendations should be acted upon by a licensed electrician, and reports are intended solely for the client and authorised parties.
Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to commencement unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms or invoice. Additional works outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Late payments may result in delays to reports or future services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable notice is required. SafePower Solutions reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee where insufficient notice is given or access is not available at the scheduled time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafePower Solutions is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on inspection reports beyond their intended purpose, and we are not responsible for hidden defects or issues not reasonably detectable at the time of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
All reports, documents and materials produced by SafePower Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
SafePower Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.
