How do I choose the right floor tile size?
Larger tiles (600x600mm or 800x800mm) suit open-plan areas. We advise based on your room dimensions.
Can you tile over a concrete slab?
Yes — concrete slabs are one of the most common substrates. We assess moisture and surface prep requirements first.
How long do floor tiles take to set?
Tiles set within 24 hours. Grout applies 24-48 hours later, and floor can be walked on after grouting cures.
Ceramic vs porcelain floor tiles?
Porcelain is denser and harder — better for high-traffic areas. Ceramic is more affordable and works well in lower-traffic indoor spaces.
Do you do large format tiles?
Yes — we regularly install 600x600, 800x800 and 1200x600 format tiles.
Can you match an existing tile pattern?
Yes — we discuss layout and direction during consultation. Diagonal, brick bond, and herringbone are all achievable.
