What areas do you service in the Redlands?
We service the entire Redland City area, including Cleveland, Thornlands, Redland Bay, Ormiston, Wellington Point, Birkdale, Victoria Point, Capalaba, and Alexandra Hills. If your suburb isn't listed, give us a call — we may still be able to help.
What types of handyman jobs do you take on?
We handle a wide range of property maintenance and repair work — painting and plastering, tiling (wall and floor), concreting and paving, fencing and gates, household repairs, pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck repairs and re-staining, small refurbishments, and retaining walls. Yes — Reliable Property Repairs is fully insured for public liability. Our team is also police checked. We carry documentation and are happy to provide copies on request. Availability varies with current workload, but we prioritise urgent repairs where possible. Once you get in touch, we'll advise on our current schedule and confirm a booking time. We always send a reminder by text or email before arriving so you know exactly when to expect us.
