How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?
For most Gold Coast homes, every 6–12 months keeps carpets healthy and looking their best. Homes with pets, kids or high traffic benefit from a clean closer to every 6 months. Regular cleaning removes dirt and stains before they build up and helps your carpets last longer.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
With our truck-mounted hot-water extraction, carpets are typically touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within the day. Good airflow, lower humidity and running fans or air-con all speed it up. We groom the pile and speed-dry before we leave.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Every job comes with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee — we're not happy until you are. Michael walks the finished job with you to make sure you're delighted before he leaves.
Should I try to remove a stain myself first?
It's best to call us before treating a stain. Many DIY and supermarket stain removers can set a stain permanently or damage the fibre. A quick call to Michael for advice can save your carpet — sometimes the safest thing is to do nothing until we arrive.
Is your pest control safe for children and pets?
Yes. Our general pest treatments use safe, professional products and are safe once dry. We simply ask that people and pets stay off the treated areas until they have dried. We treat cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, ants, rats and mice, inside and out.
Do you move furniture?
We move and clean around most light furniture as part of the service and place protectors where needed. For an accurate quote, let us know how many bedrooms, lounge rooms, staircases and hallways need cleaning when you call.
What areas of the Gold Coast do you cover?
We're based in Carrara and cover the whole Gold Coast — including Nerang, Highland Park, Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Helensvale, Coomera and everywhere in between.
How do I get a quote?
Call or message Michael on 0435 395 248, or send an enquiry through our contact form. For an accurate quote we'll ask roughly how many rooms, hallways and stairs need cleaning and what you're cleaning for — end-of-lease, annual maintenance, pet accidents or stains.
