Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you give us and may be adjusted if the actual scope differs. We confirm pricing before commencing work.
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.
We work to a 100% satisfaction standard. If any part of a clean does not meet that standard, contact us within a reasonable time and we will return to make it right.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices shown on this website are starting points and may vary with the size and condition of the property.
We take great care in your home or premises. Where something requires specialist treatment or pre-existing damage is present, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.
