Yes — that's lawn renovation rather than mowing. Depending on the cause (compaction, drainage, soil pH, shade, grub damage), the fix might be aeration plus over-seeding, top-dressing with bedding soil, or full re-turfing of the worst areas. We diagnose during a free visit and quote the fix separately from any ongoing mowing.
Yes — clippings are removed and the lawn is left clean. If you'd prefer mulching-back (which returns nutrients to the lawn) we can switch to that mode; it works well in dry months when clippings are short.
