All structural and building work is carried out to Queensland standards, and licensed local electricians and plumbers are engaged for the trades that legally require them.
It depends entirely on scope — a single-room remodel is a different job to a full extension with new roofing and services. Once Jeremy has scoped your project he'll give you a realistic timeframe as part of the quote, and because he runs the job hands-on and personally, you'll always know who to call for a progress update.
Where a renovation or extension needs building approval, Jeremy will guide you through what's required and coordinate the certification and documentation as part of the project, so the structural work is signed off correctly. Simpler cosmetic remodels often don't need approval — he'll tell you honestly which category your job falls into.
