Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services before you book.
General Cleaning
What suburbs do you cover for regular cleaning?
We provide general cleaning services across Brisbane's Northern Suburbs, including Morayfield, North Lakes, Narangba, Burpengary, Petrie, and surrounding areas. If you're on the Sunshine Coast, we cover many areas there too — just give us a call to confirm your location.
How often can I book a cleaning session?
We offer flexible scheduling, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleans. We also take one-off bookings if you just need a hand before a special occasion or after a busy period. Contact us to find a schedule that works for your home or business.
What's included in a general clean?
A standard general clean covers the key living areas: kitchens (surfaces, appliances outside), bathrooms, toilets, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying bins. We can tailor the scope to suit your home — just let us know what matters most to you.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our regular clients provide access while they're at work or out running errands. We're happy to work through whatever access arrangement suits you best. For first-time bookings, we find it helpful if you're home so we can walk through your priorities together.
Do you supply your own cleaning products?
Yes, we bring our own products and equipment for all general cleaning jobs. If you have a preference for specific products due to allergies or sustainability concerns, just let us know and we'll accommodate where possible.
How do I get a quote for regular cleaning?
Give us a call or send a message through our contact form. We'll ask a few questions about your space and frequency, then provide a clear hourly rate with no hidden costs. For commercial cleaning, we may arrange a quick site visit first.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, our general cleaning service has a two-hour minimum booking. This ensures we can do a proper job rather than rushing through. For most standard homes, the work is completed comfortably within this window.
Lawn Care & Maintenance
What lawn care services do you provide?
Our lawn care service covers regular mowing to maintain a consistent height, manual weed control and removal, and on-site waste collection. We take away all clippings and removed weeds so your yard is left clean and tidy after every visit.
Which areas do you service for lawn maintenance?
We service Brisbane's Northern Suburbs including Morayfield, North Lakes, Narangba, Burpengary, Caboolture, and surrounding areas. We also cover parts of the Sunshine Coast. Contact us to check if we reach your suburb.
Do you mow both residential and commercial properties?
Yes, we handle both residential and commercial lawn maintenance. Whether it's a home backyard, a rental property, or a small business premises, we provide the same reliable, consistent service to keep things looking sharp.
How do you charge for lawn mowing?
Lawn mowing is charged at an hourly rate, as pricing varies depending on the size and condition of your yard. We're happy to give you an estimate after a quick chat about your property. There are no locked-in contracts — book as you need or set up a regular schedule.
Can I book a one-off mow or do you only offer regular service?
Both options are available. While many of our clients prefer a regular schedule to keep their lawn consistently maintained, we're equally happy to take on a one-off job when the grass has gotten away from you or you need a tidy-up before an event.
Do you remove the clippings and weeds from the property?
Yes — waste removal is included. After mowing and weeding, we collect and remove all clippings and pulled weeds from site. You won't need to deal with green waste bins or disposal.
How often should I schedule lawn maintenance?
Most residential lawns benefit from a fortnightly mow during the warmer months when grass grows faster, and monthly during cooler months. We can advise on the right schedule for your lawn type and condition when you get in touch.
Handyman Services
What kinds of jobs do you take on?
We handle a broad range of small to medium handyman tasks: furniture and flat-pack assembly, minor repairs around the home, door and cabinet adjustments, mounting shelves or TV units, picture hanging, and general odd jobs that don't require a licensed tradesperson. If you're not sure whether your job fits, just ask.
Is there a minimum charge for small handyman jobs?
Yes — for small jobs there is a minimum charge of $180. This covers our time travelling to your property and completing the task efficiently. Our hourly rate applies for jobs that run longer, calculated from when we arrive on site.
Do you assemble flat-pack furniture?
Absolutely. Flat-pack and ready-to-assemble furniture is one of our most common requests. From single bookshelves to full bedroom suites, we bring the tools, follow the instructions properly, and leave everything solid and level.
How quickly can you get to my job?
We aim to respond to enquiries promptly and schedule jobs as soon as our calendar allows. Turnaround times vary depending on demand, but we always aim to give you a clear booking time rather than leaving you with an open-ended window.
Which areas do you cover for handyman work?
We service the Brisbane Northern Suburbs and parts of the Sunshine Coast. This includes Morayfield, North Lakes, Narangba, Burpengary, Petrie, Caboolture, and surrounding areas. Call us to confirm whether we cover your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and most standard payment methods. Payment is typically arranged after the job is completed to your satisfaction. For larger jobs, we may request a deposit to secure your booking — we'll confirm the arrangement when you book.
Can you handle both indoor and outdoor odd jobs?
Yes — we work across both indoor and outdoor tasks. If a job is straightforward and doesn't require a licensed trade, we're likely able to help. For anything involving electrical, gas, or plumbing work, we'll be upfront if it falls outside our scope.
Deep & Spring Cleaning
What does a deep clean include?
A deep clean goes well beyond a standard tidy. We focus on areas that don't get attention in regular cleans: behind and under appliances, inside ovens, detailed bathroom scrubbing (grout, tiles, shower screens), window sills and tracks, skirting boards, and any areas with heavy build-up. The scope is tailored to your home.
How is a deep clean different from a regular fortnightly clean?
A regular clean maintains a clean home week to week. A deep clean is a thorough, intensive session designed to reset spaces that have built up grime or haven't been properly cleaned in a while. It takes more time and effort, and the results are noticeably more detailed.
How long does a deep clean take?
Most deep cleans take between three and six hours depending on the size of the property and the level of build-up. We assess this when you contact us and give you a realistic time estimate so you can plan your day accordingly.
Do I need to supply my own cleaning products?
No — we bring our own professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have any sensitivities to certain chemicals or prefer environmentally friendly options, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
When is a good time to book a deep clean?
Many clients book a deep clean as a seasonal refresh — before winter sets in, ahead of summer entertaining, before moving into a new property, or after renovations. There's no wrong time; if your home needs extra attention, that's the right time to book.
Which areas do you service for deep cleaning?
We cover Brisbane's Northern Suburbs and parts of the Sunshine Coast, including Morayfield, North Lakes, Narangba, Burpengary, Caboolture, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm whether we service your suburb.
Is there a minimum booking time for a deep clean?
Yes, our deep cleaning service has a two-hour minimum. In practice, most deep cleans run longer — we'll give you an honest estimate when you get in touch based on your home's size and condition.
Bond & End-of-Lease Cleaning
What's included in a bond clean?
Our bond clean covers every area a real estate agent inspects at end-of-lease: bathrooms, toilets, kitchen (including oven, rangehood, and stovetop), all floors mopped and vacuumed, walls spot-cleaned, windows cleaned inside, light fittings, skirting boards, and any other areas specified in your lease agreement.
How do you price bond cleans?
Each bond clean is individually priced after a viewing of the property. Factors like property size, condition, and specific lease requirements all affect the cost. This approach ensures you get a fair price for exactly the work needed rather than a one-size estimate.
Will my bond clean meet real estate standards?
Our bond cleans are specifically designed to meet end-of-lease standards. We understand what real estate agents and property managers look for during an inspection and work systematically to make sure nothing is missed. Always worth checking your specific lease conditions so you can flag any particular requirements when you book.
How far in advance should I book a bond clean?
We recommend booking as early as possible once you have your vacate date confirmed. Bond clean bookings can fill up quickly, especially around month-end. Getting in touch a week or two before your move-out date gives us the best chance of finding a time that suits.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee on bond cleaning?
We take pride in every job we do and aim to get it right the first time. If you or your property manager identify something that wasn't completed to standard, contact us promptly and we'll work with you to resolve it. Open communication is the best way to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Which areas do you cover for bond cleaning?
We service Brisbane's Northern Suburbs and parts of the Sunshine Coast. This includes Morayfield, North Lakes, Narangba, Burpengary, Caboolture, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm your suburb before locking in a booking.
How long does a bond clean take?
Most properties take between four and eight hours depending on the size and condition. Our starting guide price reflects an eight-hour job — individual properties are assessed and quoted before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.
