We cover a wide range — wall patching and painting, door and lock repairs, tile replacements, screen and fly screen fixes, damaged carpet transitions, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and general cleaning of outdoor areas. Most standard exit condition requests can be handled in a single visit.

We understand bond repairs are often time-sensitive. We'll do our best to schedule promptly once you contact us — Birkdale and the surrounding Redlands are our home territory, so we're never far away.

Yes — we work with landlords, property managers and tenants across the Redlands. We can liaise directly with your property manager if needed and provide a written scope of work and invoice for the bond claim process.

In most cases, yes. If you have the original paint tin (or tin lid) we can match exactly. For properties without records, we use professional colour matching — the result is usually very close, and on older walls a light full-wall repaint often looks better than a visible touch-up patch.

We're flexible — if additional items are raised during the final inspection we can return to address them. We'll discuss a clear scope before any revisit so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Yes — we're fully insured for public liability. We can provide evidence of insurance to your property manager or real estate agent on request.
