No. Once we've quoted the job and agreed on access, most of our regular customers aren't home when we visit — we simply let ourselves into the yard, do the work and lock up behind us. Because we're a small family business you'll see the same face each visit, so it's someone you've met and can trust on the property. If you'd prefer to be home for the first visit to walk us around, that's completely fine too.

Absolutely. Overgrown lawns are one of the most common jobs we're called for, whether it's a rental between tenants, a holiday house or a yard that's simply gotten away over a busy stretch. We'll assess it first, sometimes cut it back in stages so we don't stress the grass, and then get it onto a regular schedule if you'd like it kept that way.
