Booking & Pricing
How do I book EZMow?
Booking is done online. Head to our booking page, tell us about your lawn and pick any extras you need, and we'll confirm your quote. It takes a couple of minutes — no waiting on hold.
How much does lawn mowing cost?
EZMow lawn mowing starts from $35. The final price depends on the size of your lawn and any extras you add, such as hedge trimming or weeding. You'll always see your quote before the job goes ahead.
Why do you prefer online contact over phone calls?
Reaching us through the website and email lets us look up your job details, check with your mower and get back to you with everything in one place. It also helps keep our prices down, and that saving is passed on to you.
On the Day
When will you mow my lawn?
Our mowers work from dawn to dusk, so we can't lock in an exact time slot. We do aim to complete every job within five working days of your booking.
Do I need to be home when you mow?
No. As long as our mower can safely access the lawn, you don't need to be home. Just let us know about gates, pets or anything else we should know when you book.
Will you clean up after mowing?
Yes. Tidying up is part of every visit — we clear the clippings and leave your yard looking neat.
Weather
Do you mow in the rain?
No. We don't mow in the rain or when the grass is wet. It's unsafe, it's hard on the equipment, and wet grass cuts unevenly and bunches up when mulched.
What happens if it rains on my mowing day?
If rain hits on the day, we use our best judgement on whether it's still possible to mow. If we can't, your mower will come back on the next dry day — and you'll always get a notification when that happens.
Our Guarantee
What if I'm not happy with the job?
We back every mow with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send the mower back to put it right at no charge.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't provide refunds or credits — instead we make it right with a free return visit. Your request just needs to reach us within 24 hours of your mowing day.
Payment
How do I pay for my mow?
We email you an invoice 1–3 days after your lawn has been mowed. You can pay by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or bank transfer.
When is payment due?
We ask that invoices are paid within five working days of you receiving them.

Where does EZMow service?
We provide lawn mowing and garden care across Brisbane's Northside.
What if I'm outside your usual area?
Just contact us — we'll check whether we have a mower available near you and let you know.
