How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?+
We leave carpets touch-dry before we leave, and full drying usually takes just a few hours depending on ventilation and carpet type. Please follow the aftercare advice provided by our technician.
What suburbs do you service?+
We're based in Burpengary and service the wider Moreton Bay region, including North Lakes, Narangba, Morayfield, Caboolture and Deception Bay. Get in touch if you're nearby and we'll let you know.
Do you offer after-hours services for businesses?+
Yes. We schedule commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning outside business hours so we can work around your operation with minimal disruption.
Why do you have a minimum charge for your services?+
A minimum charge covers our travel, setup and equipment time so that even small jobs are worth our while to do properly. We'll always tell you up front.
Why do you charge extra for Saturday bookings?+
Saturday slots are in high demand and limited, so a surcharge applies to weekend bookings. Monday-to-Friday appointments are charged at our standard rate.
