Teenage Fitness
Our teenage fitness sessions are specifically prescribed for teenagers between the ages of 13-18 years old. We aim to help teens learn correct technique so they exercise safely, create an engaging environment so teens find enjoyment in training, provide education so teens acquire an understanding of the exercises they are doing & ensure teens get the greatest results from their training sessions.
Our teenage fitness sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and exercise experience. We can help teens that are new to exercise and need help getting started for the first time, teens that have started training and need help developing safe technique & exercise knowledge and teens that are experienced and looking to take their technique & results to the next level.
Our teenage fitness sessions aim to develop a broad range of fitness components to ensure a balanced approach to training. We prescribe programs that help teens improve strength, conditioning, mobility & most importantly technique.
We offer teenage fitness sessions in a variety of formats to ensure we have options suitable for all teens. From completely personalised 1 on 1 personal training sessions & group personal training sessions shared with parents, other family members or friends through to larger group fitness sessions for teens only - we have an option to suit all fitness goals, training experiences and preferences.
We understand that our teenagers of today will be the adults of tomorrow and equipping them to go it alone with their training is important for their health & fitness. Our goal is to equip teens with the knowledge and skills required to train on their own safely when they feel ready.
