Our outdoor group fitness sessions include a wide variety of training methods; circuit training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), body weight, fitness boxing, core strength & more. You’re likely to find kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, weighted sleds & more waiting for you.
We’ve been running outdoor group fitness sessions in Brisbane since 2007. Our personal training team is qualified, experienced, up to date with the most effective training methods and ready to take you through a great outdoor group fitness workout.
