Small Group Training
Our small group personal training combines the great things about group training with the individualised approach of personal training. We personalise your small group personal training for your goals, fitness level, preferences & training experience.
Our small group personal training sessions are strictly capped at 2-4 people per session. No gym members, no queues & no crowds. Our personal training studios are comfortable, welcoming & non-intimidating.
Our small group personal training includes all the same extras as our 1 on 1 personal training - goal setting, nutrition coaching, home training programs and health & fitness appraisals. We include everything you need to achieve great results.
