Drew Wilson PT began in 2015 after Drew cultivated a passion for fitness through Certificate III and IV personal training study and six years of military experience. His background included battle-fitness training, circuit training, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular interval training and two deployments in Afghanistan where fitness became part of daily routine.
That background now shapes tailor made one-on-one programs and realistic military bootcamp fitness sessions for people who want to tone up, lose weight, build muscle or experience military-inspired fitness without signing a four-year contract.
