How does your pricing for high-pressure cleaning work?
Every job is quoted up front, so you know the full cost before any work starts. Pricing depends on the size of the area, the surface type and how much build-up needs lifting — a small patio is very different from a full driveway and house exterior. The simplest way to get an accurate figure is a free quote: send through a few photos or have us take a look, and we'll give you a clear, no-obligation price with no surprises on the day.
What surfaces can be high-pressure cleaned?
High-pressure cleaning suits hard, durable surfaces — concrete, brick, pavers, tiles, retaining walls, fences and exposed aggregate. It's ideal for lifting years of grime, mould, lichen and traffic stains. More delicate surfaces such as painted render, roofing and timber are better suited to soft washing, which uses lower pressure. If you're not sure which method your surface needs, just ask and we'll recommend the right approach.
Do you cover my area?
Dirty Squirty works right across South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Bulimba and the surrounding suburbs, and down to the Gold Coast. If you're somewhere in between, get in touch — we travel widely for the region and are happy to confirm whether your address is covered when you request a quote.
How long does a high-pressure clean take?
Most residential jobs are completed in a single visit. A driveway or patio might take a couple of hours, while a full property clean covering paths, walls and outdoor areas can run most of the day. When we quote, we'll give you a realistic time estimate and a likely completion date so you can plan around it.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access to the areas being cleaned and a working outdoor tap, many jobs can be completed while you're out. We'll confirm access details when we book the job. For your first clean, plenty of customers like to be home at the start so we can walk the site together and agree on exactly what's being done.
Will high-pressure cleaning damage my surfaces?
Used correctly, high-pressure cleaning is safe for solid surfaces — the key is matching the pressure and technique to the material. We adjust our approach for each surface and use soft washing where pressure isn't appropriate. The goal is always restoration, not damage: getting your surfaces back to their original colour with complete care and skill.
