Is your cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-toxicity cleaning solutions that are safe for pets and children once surfaces are dry — typically within 2–6 hours depending on the service.
Do you clean residential and commercial properties?

Carpet Steam Cleaning
How long does carpet steam cleaning take?
Most residential jobs take 1–3 hours depending on the area size and soiling level. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
How long until the carpet is dry?
Carpets typically dry within 2–6 hours. Opening windows and running a fan significantly speeds up drying time. Our high-powered extraction removes most moisture during the clean.
How often should I steam clean my carpets?
Every 12–18 months for most homes. Homes with pets, allergy sufferers or high foot traffic benefit from cleaning every 6–12 months.
Can you remove pet stains and odours from carpet?
Yes. We use enzyme-based treatments that neutralise pet odours at the source. Hot water extraction flushes out urine salts and organic matter that regular cleaning leaves behind.
Do you need to vacuum the carpet before you arrive?
A quick vacuum beforehand is helpful but not essential — our process includes a pre-vacuum as part of the service.
Upholstery Cleaning
What types of upholstery do you clean?
We clean microfibre, linen, cotton, velvet, polyester blends, synthetic fabrics and leather. We assess fabric type before cleaning to ensure the safest method is used.
How long does upholstery cleaning take?
A 3-seat sofa typically takes 45–90 minutes. Larger lounge suites or sectionals take proportionally longer.
Will you be able to remove all stains from my sofa?
Most stains respond well to professional treatment. Some older, heat-set or chemically-altered stains may not be fully removable — we'll give you an honest assessment before starting.
Tiles & Grout Cleaning
What tile types do you clean?
Ceramic, porcelain, slate, travertine, terracotta and natural stone. We use pH-appropriate products for each tile type to clean effectively without damaging the surface.
Can you restore discoloured grout?
In most cases, yes. High-pressure steam and alkaline cleaners restore significantly discoloured grout. For permanently stained grout, we can advise on re-grouting or grout colouring.
Do you apply grout sealer after cleaning?
Grout sealing is available as an add-on. Sealing after cleaning slows re-soiling significantly and makes future cleaning easier. Ask about sealing when you book.
