What carpet cleaning methods do you use?
We inspect the carpet fibre first, then use steam (hot water extraction) or dry cleaning, with truck-mounted or portable equipment depending on the access at your property.

What does upholstery cleaning actually remove?

What is spot dyeing?
It's colour repair. When bleach, urine or some cleaning products strip the colour out of carpet, we restore the affected spot back to its original colour.
Why can't a normal clean fix bleach marks?
Bleach and similar products remove the carpet's colour — that's damage, not dirt — so cleaning alone can't bring it back. Colour repair is what's needed.
