Plain-English terms covering quotes, scope of work, payment, warranty, and certifications.
All quotes are free and provided in writing before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A small diagnostic fee may apply for standard call-outs and is fully credited towards the job if you proceed.
Work undertaken is limited to the scope set out in the accepted quote. Variations identified during the work will be discussed and quoted before being carried out. All work is performed by licensed Queensland electricians under QLD Electrical Licence 92658.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, direct bank transfer, and EFTPOS. For larger projects, payment plans can be arranged. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
All workmanship is covered by our Lifetime Labour Guarantee. Materials and equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Solar systems and air-conditioning units are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5–10 years for inverters, 10–25 years for panels). We manage warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Every installation and repair is backed by a formal Certificate of Testing and Compliance in accordance with QLD regulations. You'll receive your certificate via email after the job is complete.
