These terms apply to electrical and air conditioning services provided by Comma Electrical. By engaging Comma Electrical to carry out work, you agree to these terms.
We provide a clear price for the work before it begins. Where a job requires a site inspection, a quote is provided after that inspection. If additional work is required — for example, if hidden faults are found during testing — we will discuss this with you and obtain your approval before proceeding. During normal hours we do not charge a call-out fee; emergency and after-hours work is priced separately and explained upfront.
All electrical work is carried out by licensed Queensland electricians in accordance with current Australian Standards. Where required, a Certificate of Testing and Compliance is issued on completion. We take reasonable care to protect your property and to leave the work area clean and tidy.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If an issue arises with work we have carried out, please contact us and we will arrange to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify it. This guarantee covers our workmanship and does not extend to faults caused by misuse, third-party work, or normal wear of materials and equipment.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of quoting or on completion of the work, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Comma Electrical holds public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.
