Can you remove every stain?
We remove or greatly improve most stains, but some — old dye transfers, bleach marks, certain inks — are permanent. We'll always give you an honest read before we start.
Should I treat a fresh spill myself first?
Blot (don't rub) with a clean cloth to lift as much as you can, and avoid supermarket stain removers that can set the mark. Then call us — the sooner the better.
Do you charge extra for stain treatment?
Light spot treatment is usually part of a steam clean. Heavy or specialised stain work is quoted up front so there are no surprises.
Will the treated spot stand out afterwards?
We clean to blend the treated area with the carpet around it. Occasionally a previously hidden mark becomes more even — we'll talk you through anything we see.
Can you help with pet stains and smell?
Yes — pet accidents are one of the most common jobs we do. Deep-set odours in the underlay are tougher, and we'll be straight with you about the likely result.
