What's the difference between bond cleaning and end of lease cleaning?

They're essentially the same thing — a thorough deep clean performed when you're moving out of a rental property. 'Bond clean' typically refers to the cleaning done to ensure you recover your rental bond. We use the terms interchangeably.

When should I book my end of lease clean?

Book as soon as you know your move-out date — ideally 1–2 weeks in advance. We're often busy, especially at end of month when many leases expire simultaneously.

Do you clean after the removalists have taken everything?

Yes — it's best to have your belongings out before we arrive. An empty property is easier to clean thoroughly and ensures nothing gets missed.

Do you clean walls?

We spot-clean wall marks and scuffs as part of the service. Full wall repaints are outside our scope but we'll flag anything significant for your awareness.

Is your end of lease clean guaranteed?

Yes. If your property manager identifies any cleaning deficiencies related to our work within 7 days, we'll return to rectify at no additional cost.

Do you need electricity and water at the property?

Yes — we bring our own equipment but need access to power and water to complete the clean.

Can you fit my schedule for a same-week clean?

We'll do our best. For same-week bookings, contact us directly by phone and we'll confirm availability.
