What areas do you service?
We cover the whole Sunshine Coast from our Maroochydore base — including Mooloolaba, Buderim, Caloundra, Noosa, Coolum, Nambour, Sippy Downs, Kawana and Maleny. If you’re nearby, just ask.
Are you insured?
Yes — Champion is fully insured and ABN registered, and we can provide professional invoices for real estate agencies and businesses.
Who will do the work?
Owner Jeff personally handles the jobs. You get the same thorough, friendly, respectful service our Google reviews describe — not a rotating crew of subcontractors.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?
Yes. We offer safe and eco-friendly cleaning options that are tough on dirt and grime but gentle on your home, family and pets.
How do I get a quote?

Can I book more than one service at once?
Absolutely — many customers combine services, like a carpet clean with a flea treatment, or a bond clean with carpet cleaning. Booking together is convenient and efficient.

How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of rooms and the condition of the carpet. You’ll get a clear time estimate when we quote.
How long until my carpets are dry?
With hot-water extraction and our fast-drying process, carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours. Good airflow speeds things up — we’ll show you how to help them dry faster.
Can you remove old or set-in stains?
We pre-treat every stain and high-traffic lane by hand and lift the vast majority of marks. Some very old or dye-based stains can be permanent, but Jeff will tell you honestly what to expect before starting.

Can you make old grout look new again?
In most cases, yes. We lift years of dirt and soap scum from the grout lines to brighten the whole floor. Where grout is badly stained, colour-sealing can restore an even, fresh finish.
Is your cleaning safe for natural stone?
Yes. Marble, travertine, slate and granite each need a specific approach, and Jeff matches the method and products to your stone so it’s cleaned safely without etching or damage.
Do you seal tile and stone after cleaning?
We offer optional sealing for grout and natural stone. Sealing helps repel spills and staining and makes future cleaning much easier — just ask for it on your quote.

How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most upholstery is touch-dry within a few hours. Drying time depends on the fabric and airflow — we’ll let you know what to expect for your pieces.
Can you clean my mattress?
Yes. Mattress cleaning lifts dust, sweat and allergens from the surface and padding, leaving it fresher and healthier to sleep on — a great option for allergy sufferers.
Will cleaning damage delicate fabric?
No. Jeff checks the fabric and matches the cleaning method and products to it, so even delicate upholstery is cleaned safely. Where a fabric needs special care, we’ll talk you through it first.

Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. We schedule commercial work around your trading hours — early mornings, evenings or weekends — so your team and customers aren’t disrupted.
How quickly can staff use the area again?
Our fast-drying methods mean carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours and hard surfaces even quicker, so most spaces are ready for the next working day.
Do you service offices, retail and strata?
Yes — we clean offices, retail spaces, strata common areas and other commercial premises across the Sunshine Coast. Tell us the space and we’ll quote it.

Pest Control & Flea Treatments

Is the treatment safe for my family and pets?
Yes. We use family and pet-safe products and will let you know if there’s any short period to keep pets off treated areas. Your home is safe to return to normal use soon after.
What does the six-month warranty cover?
Our general pest treatments are backed by a six-month warranty — if covered pests return within that period, we’ll come back and re-treat. We’ll explain exactly what’s covered when we quote.
Can you treat fleas after a pet problem?
Yes — flea treatments are one of our specialties, and pairing them with a carpet clean is the most effective way to break the flea life-cycle in the home.

How quickly can you respond to water damage?
As fast as we can — water damage worsens by the hour, so we prioritise getting on site quickly to extract water and start drying before the damage spreads.
Can you save wet carpet and underlay?
Often, yes — if we reach it quickly we can extract and dry carpet in place. Where underlay is saturated it may need removal, and we’ll advise honestly on what can be saved.
Will drying it out prevent mould?
Proper structural drying and humidity control are the key to preventing mould. We dry the area thoroughly — not just the surface — to remove the moisture mould needs to grow.

Will your bond clean meet my agent’s standard?
We work to real-estate end-of-lease checklists, which is why local agents recommend us. Meeting that standard gives you the best chance of getting your full bond returned.
Can you clean the carpets as part of the bond clean?
Yes — many leases require professional carpet cleaning at the end of a tenancy. We can do the bond clean and carpet cleaning together and invoice it all in one go.
