What areas does Bright Aire cover?
We're based in Warana and cover the whole Sunshine Coast — Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Kawana, Caloundra, Buderim, Sippy Downs, Noosa, Coolum and Nambour — through to North Brisbane.
How do I get a quote?
Call 0418 710 407 or send the enquiry form with a few details about the job. Every job is quoted before any work is booked — there's no obligation.
Do you service both homes and businesses?
Yes — residential homes, rentals, offices and commercial premises. We also support property managers with regular cleaning.
How quickly can you come out for a flood or fire?
Flood and fire restoration runs 24/7. Call as soon as it happens — the faster we extract and dry, the more we can save.
How long has Bright Aire been operating?
Since 1979 — more than four decades on the Sunshine Coast. We're family-run and locally owned.
What cleaning method do you use on carpet?
Hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) with stain pre-treatment, following the relevant Australian Standards, then controlled drying so you're back in the room sooner.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes — we use the right product for each surface and extract thoroughly, so nothing heavy is left behind once it's dry.
Do you guarantee my bond back on an end-of-lease clean?
Bond is decided by your agent, but our thorough end-of-lease clean gives you the strongest case, with plans to match exactly what the property needs.
Can you remove tough or old stains?
Most everyday stains lift completely. Some older or dye-based marks are permanent — we'll always tell you upfront what to expect before we start.
Do you offer regular or ongoing cleaning?
Yes — one-off, daily, weekly or monthly schedules for commercial and property clients, plus regular home cleaning.
