Yes — every planter and storage box is Australian made, handmade in our Toowoomba workshop from plantation-grown timber.
How much do your planter boxes cost?+
Prices depend on the style and size. As a guide, indoor Hampton boxes start around $140 and larger patio, storage and seat pieces range up into the several-hundreds. Every product page lists its sizes and prices, or get in touch for a quote.
How do I place an order?+
Send us a message through the contact page with the product, size and finish you are after and where the box is going. We will get back to you with pricing and the next steps. For custom orders a deposit is required.
Do you deliver, and is delivery included?+
Delivery is included within the Toowoomba town area. Further afield it may be free or a once-off fee based on your location — we also deliver to Brisbane, Western Queensland, NSW, Victoria, SA and the ACT. See our delivery page or ask for a quote.
Can you make a box to a custom size?+
Yes. As well as our standard range we custom make planter and storage boxes to your individual specifications, in a range of sizes and heights. A deposit is required on custom orders.
What timber do you use?+
We use plantation-grown timber — high quality treated decking pine and merbau — finished with exterior paint on pieces made for outdoor use.
What colours and finishes are available?+
Standard colours are Antique White USA and Charcoal (Colorbond Monument). Black and several other Colorbond colours and finishes are available on request.
Do the boxes suit older gardeners?+
Yes. Boxes are available in different heights, including taller high-top options that make planting and tending easier — something a lot of our older customers appreciate.
Do I plant straight into the box?+
Our boxes are designed to be used with pots and saucers, which makes changing plants easy and protects the timber. If you would rather plant directly, a plastic liner (UM200) is available on request.
Do you make patio planter boxes to a custom size in Toowoomba?+
Yes. Alongside our standard patio range we custom make planter boxes to any size on request, right here in Toowoomba. A deposit is required on custom orders. They are — patio planter boxes are recommended for patios, entrances, BBQ and outdoor living areas. Many customers use them to frame a BBQ zone or soften a hard patio edge with greenery.

Will an indoor planter box protect my floors?+
Our boxes are designed to be used with pots and saucers, which catch water and protect your floors. If you would rather plant directly into the box, we can supply a plastic liner (UM200) on request to keep moisture off the timber and your surfaces.
What sizes and heights are available for indoor boxes?+
Indoor planter boxes come in several sizes and heights. Taller options can make planting and tending easier — something a lot of our older customers appreciate. If you need a specific footprint or height, we can custom make it to your specifications.

Can I move an indoor planter box easily once it is planted?+
Because the boxes are designed around pots and saucers rather than a heavy soil fill, you can lift out individual pots to rearrange or move things — much easier than shifting a fully soil-filled box.

We do — timber raised garden beds are part of our range and can be custom made to suit your space and preferred working height.

Do you sell pots and saucers for your planter boxes?+
Yes. Our planter boxes are designed to be used with pots and saucers, and we can supply them to suit your box on request. Using pots and saucers makes it easy to change plantings and protects the timber and your surfaces.
What is the UM200 liner?+
The UM200 is a plastic liner available on request for customers who would rather plant directly into the box instead of using pots. It helps keep moisture off the timber and prolongs the life of the box.
Can I add a lattice trellis to my planter box?+
Yes. Lattice trellis screens can be added to a planter box for climbing plants, a bit of privacy, or extra height. Let us know when you order and we will build it to suit.
Can accessories be colour-matched to my box?+
They can. Accessories can be finished to match your box in our standard Antique White USA or Charcoal (Colorbond Monument), or another colour and finish option.
Do I have to buy accessories at the same time as the box?+
It is easiest to add them to your order so everything is finished to match and delivered together, but just get in touch and we will help however suits you.
