For most homes we recommend a professional clean every 6–12 months. High-traffic areas, households with pets or young children, and allergy sufferers benefit from cleaning closer to the 6-month mark to keep carpets hygienic and fresh.
What types of carpets and surfaces do you clean?
We clean all common carpet types — wool, nylon, polyester and blends — plus rugs, upholstery, mattresses and hard exterior surfaces. If you're unsure about a delicate fibre, let us know and we'll recommend the safest method.
Are your cleaning products safe for my family and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but safe for your family, pets and the environment. Surfaces are safe to use again once dry.
How long will my carpets take to dry after cleaning?
With our truck-mounted extraction equipment, carpets typically dry within 4–6 hours depending on ventilation, humidity and carpet type. Good airflow speeds things up.
Can you remove tough or old stains?
In most cases, yes. We treat red wine, coffee, pet accidents, grease and ground-in dirt with targeted solutions. Some set-in stains may not fully disappear, but we'll always achieve the best possible result and tell you upfront.
Do you move furniture before cleaning?
We move and reset light furniture as part of the service. For safety we leave very heavy or fragile items in place, and we're happy to clean around them.
