Kangaroo Segway Tour rider requirements

Welcome to the Kangaroo Segway Tour. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rider requirements.

Age Limit

Age 12 years and up.

Weight Restrictions

Weight under 120 kg. Please contact us prior to booking if you are over the recommended weight.

Under 18 Years Waiver

Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Mobility Issues

Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues. If you are concerned about mobility issues please call us to discuss. We want every rider to have a safe tour.

Physical Abilities

Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail.

Alcohol Restrictions

Kangaroo Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.

Pregnant Guests

Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk.

Helmet Requirements

Helmets are provided and required. Safety first, enjoy your ride with peace of mind.

Footwear

No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes for your safety and enjoyment.

Foot Traffic

Respect other tour guests, road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.

Guest Waiver

Sign the guest liability waiver. Your safety is our priority, please complete the waiver to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
