We use professional hot water extraction (steam cleaning), which injects hot water and a safe solution deep into the fibres then extracts it along with embedded dirt, allergens and odours. It's the method most carpet manufacturers recommend and it gives a deeper, longer-lasting clean than dry or supermarket-machine cleaning.

Most carpets are touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry the same day, depending on the weather, airflow and carpet thickness. We use powerful extraction to pull out as much moisture as possible, and we'll give you tips (fans, open windows) to speed things up so you can walk on them sooner.

We pre-treat and work on stubborn stains and odours — from food and drink spills to pet accidents and traffic lanes.
