The PLM180X was developed to target a variety of upper body muscles in ways that promote more efficient movements and a larger range of motion than typical machines or basic exercises. And by making the exercises more efficient, you'll dramatically accelerate your strength, endurance, and muscle mass gains.
The lat machine which uses weight plates (not included) for resistance supports such exercises as lat pull downs, tricep press downs, seated rows, upright rows, and more.
Specific features include dual-position 20cm foam rollers to hold you in position, a wide-grip bar, and patented nylon bushings for a super-smooth operation.
